The Constitution is the set of governing rules of the Bar of Ireland and its members. It lays out the framework for all interactions the Bar has with its own members, clients, solicitors and the general public. It is frequently renewed and updated as situations change and laws are passed. It is a living document in this sense and reflects the current times in which the Bar operates.3.-Constitution-of-the-General-Council-of-the-Bar-of-Ireland-25-July-202266
