The inaugural annual conference of the Financial Services Bar Association will focus on the hot topic in financial services regulation: the enforcement processes of the Central Bank of Ireland as applied to individuals, and draft legislation which will bring about far-reaching changes.
Three panels of leading practitioners (featuring members of the Bar, solicitors and industry professionals) will lead lively and practical discussions focussing on: the investigation phase, the inquiry or hearing phase and the impact on the regulatory relationship.
