Biography
Siobhan Clabby is a practising Barrister and Mediator, called to the Bar in 2021. She has appeared before the Supreme Court, High Court, District Court, the International Protection Appeals Tribunal, and the Workplace Relations Commission, representing clients across a range of matters.
Siobhan specialises in international protection, human rights, immigration, and EU law, with particular expertise in representing vulnerable clients in international protection proceedings.

Between 2021 and 2024, Siobhan lectured at Griffith College Dublin, delivering modules in Property Law, Law of Torts, and Criminal Law across a range of programmes, including the LL.B. (Hons) (both Part-Time and Full-Time), the FE1 Preparation Course (Law Society of Ireland Entrance Exam), the King’s Inns Entrance Preparation Course, and the Certificate in Legal Studies.
In addition to her lecturing roles, Siobhan served as an extracurricular mentor, supporting and leading students in Advocacy and the Student Free Legal Advice Clinic at Griffith College Dublin.
Siobhan has also delivered numerous Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminars and training sessions to solicitors on topics including conveyancing, solicitors’ regulations, practice management, wellbeing, and emotional intelligence.
