Biography
David Browne practises in the area of administrative and public law, specialising in local government, planning, procurement, environmental and information law.
David has appeared before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) as well as all levels of the domestic courts where he has acted for Applicants, An Bord Pleanála, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), State parties, Notice Party developers and local authorities.
