Glen’s main areas of practice are commercial litigation (including IP litigation) and judicial review/public law.

He has an extensive record of challenging regulatory decisions in judicial reviews and defending such proceedings often with an EU law aspect including public procurement, employment and maritime law. His IP experience includes acting in leading IP cases over the past decade before the Irish courts as well as acting as counsel in wider EU IP disputes before the EUIPO/General Court.

Glen holds an LL.M. in EU and Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge and is an Adjunct Asst. Professor in IP Law at Trinity College Dublin and prior to that lectured Administrative Law at the King’s Inns. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2011.
