The Planning, Environmental and Local Government Bar Association (PELGBA) and the Law Society Environmental and Planning Law Committee are delighted to invite you to a joint CPD event which seeks to bring together barristers and solicitors working the areas of planning and environmental law. The event will cover topics including:

1. Public Participation in the planning process (including SLAPP and abuse of process)

2. EU Nature Restoration and the National Biodiversity Action Plan
