Biography
Nathy practises in commercial, public and EU law and has wide-ranging experience in areas including financial regulation, civil fraud, professional negligence, constitutional law, private international law, sanctions, competition, state aid and public procurement. He began his career with Shearman & Sterling in New York and subsequently practised with Sullivan & Cromwell before coming to the Irish Bar in 2007.
