Biography
Main areas of practice: Commercial, Company and Insruance Litigation (including advisory and court work in relation to solvent and insolvent schemes of arrangement, insolvency processes including examiner ship, liquidation and bankruptcy, insurance schemes and portfolio transfers, cross-border mergers and SE formation, jurisdiction disputes, regulatory and banking law, judicial review and statutory appeals).
Acting extensively for private clients, including insurance and financial service providers and banks, , the Central Bank, and the National Asset Management Agency.
