Biography
Philomena Murnane is a practising Barrister-at-Law with over twenty years post qualification experience. She is based in Cork and has a broad general practice on the Cork Circuit as a Junior Counsel.
Philomena has developed a strong legal practice specialising in Civil Litigation including personal injury litigation, family law, equity and local government law, with further interests in mental health matters. She has experience spanning the full legal process from the initial client consultation to drafting, settlement negotiations/mediation through to representing clients at trial. Philomena holds a strong track record for favourable settlement of actions before final court stages.
Philomena has acted as a Chair on Mental Health Tribunals since 2016.
Philomena is a proud Bantry native and is credited as having exceptional inter-personal skills.
