Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct for the Bar of Ireland sets out the rules by which barristers perform their work and operate within the courts and outside. It covers a multitude of details from relationships between parties, to duties in a criminal case, to registration of foreign lawyers and are the guiding principles for barristers operating in the Republic of Ireland.
