Circuit – Indictable – jury, manslaughter, robbery and serious offences against person & property
(High) CCC – reserved offences treason piracy murder & conspiracy & attempt to. Also Genocide, rape and aggravated sexual assault
Special Criminal Court established when the ordinary courts are inadequate to secure the effective administration of Justice – intimidation of jury or witnesses
Offences involving Explosives or firearms, under Off v State Act, certificate of the DPP that the ord cts inadequate.
