Exploring criminal and civil judicial review the conference will focus on Disclosure and Discover, Sexual delay cases, Judicial Review and discretionary bars to relief and recent developments in 'habeus corpus', the Resurraction.

Mr Justice Quirke will chair and speakers include Michael O'Higgins SC, Patrick Gageby SC, Anthony Collins SC and Micheal P O'Higgins BL.

This event may be of interest to a broad audience including barristers, solicitors and local authorities. Attendance costs €150. There is no charge for devils and reduced rates apply to members of the law library: €50 for those in their 2nd to 5th year of practice, €120 for other members.
